Foundations Medical Care & Aesthetics was founded with the primary goal of providing high quality, patient centered medical and aesthetic care to all individuals throughout their life span. The main approach will be a collaborative effort between the provider and patient to establish a foundation for achieving optimal health to ensure the highest quality of life.

Owner and Nurse Practitioner
Felisa Lesser, APRN, FNP-C has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2018 after graduating with her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has experience in various settings including Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, and Aesthetics. She has a passion for helping people and truly strives to connect on a personal level. Her life long dream of opening a clinic and providing an integrative approach to medical care has driven her work ethic and desire to obtain the skill set and knowledge to make this dream a reality.
Integrative Health Practitioner & Clinic Coordinator
Kelley Schmidt, Integrative Health Practitioner, has been providing a holistic and functional medicine approach to health since 2023. She has a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and received her Integrative Health Practitioner Level 2 Certification from Dr. Stephen Cabral, a doctor of naturopathy. As a mom of 3 boys, former elementary school teacher, and group exercise instructor, Kelley has a warm and down-to-earth approach and loves providing personalized care to her clients.
